The Vertical Conveyor Panels (right and left) provide the walls for the framework of your Rice Sheet Rollers and are a vital part of the sushi roll making magic!  Be sure to upgrade your old, damaged, or warped parts to ensure perfect results every time. It is recommended to replace this part about once per year, depending on your frequency of use.  If you're running multiple Suzumo Rice Sheeter units, it is recommended to keep a spare set of these on hand!
