Culimer Equipment Freezers
All Culimer Equipment freezers come with a 1-Year Limited Parts & Service Warranty, subject to registration within 30-days of purchase. This warranty is non-transferrable, and only applies to the original registrant.

Please be aware of the following stipulations which govern the Warranty’s limits:
This Warranty covers:
- Any defects in materials used to manufacture your product
- Any defects in workmanship under normal use
- Any broken components under normal use
If it becomes necessary to exercise this Warranty:
- Culimer Equipment will provide replacement parts at no cost to the customer
- Culimer Equipment will provide virtual assistance for the repair if applicable
- Culimer Equipment will provide replacement parts at no cost to the customer
- Culimer Equipment will arrange and pay for a licensed HVAC technician to perform the service
- NOTE: Costs for HVAC specialists hired directly by the customer are the responsibility of the customer, unless approved by Culimer Equipment prior to the service
If the product cannot be repaired to operational condition, Culimer Equipment will do one of the following:
- The product will be exchanged with a new product
- The price of product will be refunded
This Warranty does not cover:
- Damage of a product resulting from negligence
- Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification or repair of the product
- Damage caused by natural disaster
- Theft or loss of the product, including transfer to anyone other than the original warranty registrant
This Warranty expires at 00:00:01, one calendar year after initial registration. Please contact us with any questions or concerns prior to servicing your product to ensure prompt and proper handling.
Suzumo Sushi and Rice Equipment
All Suzumo machines come with a standard warranty that covers the first 12 months after the equipment has been shipped. It provides for free replacement parts in the event of a malfunction caused by machine design, a fault that occurred during assembly, or a parts-related issue that reveals itself under normal operating conditions.
To exercise this warranty by requesting service, please email us at warranty@culimerequipment.com, and include:
- Your Culimer Equipment order number
- Your equipment model number
- A description of your issue, including any supporting photos or video that will help us diagnose the problem
