The Vertical Conveyor Joint Plates (two per machine) provide the upper bracing for your Rice Sheet Rollers and are a vital part of the sushi roll making magic!  Be sure to upgrade your old, damaged, or warped parts to ensure perfect results every time. It is recommended to replace this part about once per year, depending on your frequency of use.  If you're running multiple Suzumo Rice Sheeter units, it is recommended to keep a spare set of these on hand!
